Abstract


İŞLETMELERDE GÜVENİN ÖNEMİ: BİR OTEL İŞLETMESİ ÜZERİNE ARAŞTIRMA

This study emphasizes the importance of the concept of trust in businesses and examines the performance of employees in the service sector in relation to trust in management, organizational trust, and trust in colleagues. In this context, a survey was conducted with 66 employees working in different positions at a private hotel operating in the service sector, and the collected data was analyzed. The gathered data was first subjected to a reliability analysis, followed by the calculation of frequency, percentage, and mean values of the statements. Finally, to assess the validity of the hypotheses, ANOVA tests and correlation analysis were conducted to evaluate the significance level of the data.
